I just want to appreciate MyTv owners for their services thus far. You guys must know that you're a formidable force that can compete fully with DSTV as your programs give some of us your viewers all the comfort we need. I must appreciate also your introduction of Silverbird Tv, which has gone a long way in helping us have more verieties on local Tv, do keep it up please. Also i love the stress free nature of recharging MyTV smart card, its trully better than most others. Do keep the flag flying even as we look forward to your introduction of at least one major film channel for Hollywood and othe european films. Thank you.

First I want to thank all MYTV Team for the wonderful follow up in resolving an issue I had with MYTV Subscription lately, particularly the customer service person that called me from MYTV severally in trying to resolve the issue. I think this kind of customer care and follow up is rare these days. I want to announce however, on getting home yesterday 16/05/2012 evening, there was no power supply. After about an hour, power was restored by PHCN, and I tried putting a call through to MYTV with the MYTV numbers with me, including the ones the lady has been calling me with, but the calls ended up in MYTV voice prompt. I then decided to go through the Strong Decoder menu again, and I saw a Database reset icon, and I clicked on it. Behold all the channels returned with perfect pictures except some having old names like MGM, Teletoon. I then did Auto scan and all channes had new/present names. I am fully OK now, as I am now viewing all the channels. Once again, thank you MYTV, and keep it up.

Am really grateful for your conscien,i really enjoy your service.Trully the setting is from the decoder,the installer made a lot of mistake but due to your advise i figure it out.Thanks for your conscien,and I won't stop patronising and spreeding your services.
